Meet Armella

Hi, Friend.

I'm Armella Harmony Shivers.

For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of walking alongside women as they navigate some of life's biggest transitions, challenges, and turning points.

Along the way, I've learned something important:

Most of us aren't stuck because we're incapable.

We're stuck because we don't always understand ourselves.

We don't understand the beliefs we've carried, the patterns we've repeated, or the reasons we respond to life the way we do.

That's where my passion lives.

I love helping women slow down long enough to notice what's happening beneath the surface so they can make more intentional choices moving forward.

Over the years, I've studied human behavior through my education in psychology, coaching, leadership, and thousands of conversations with women from all walks of life.

I've always been fascinated by what makes us think, feel, and respond the way we do.

But more than anything, my work has been shaped by real life, the kind that asks you to grow, adapt, let go, begin again, and keep showing up. The kind that teaches lessons no classroom ever could.

I created Lilies & Grace because I believe growth happens best in community.

It is a place for women who want to understand themselves more deeply, learn from one another, and live with greater awareness, intention, and purpose.
